Booking a Theory Test

Before you sit your practical test, you will be required to pass the theory test. If you are planning to use a driving school in Crossgates, Cottingley, Garforth or the surrounding area, we will be able to guide you to your nearest test centre.

The theory test will assess your knowledge of road safety, the law in relation to driving, and all other aspects of the Highway Code. The DSA (Driving Standards Agency) recommends that candidates prepare for their test by studying the Highway Code, Know Your Traffic Signs, along with the relevant book from the DSA’s Driving Skills series.
