What to look for in driving instructors

When looking for driving instructors Leeds or in any other city in the UK you need to know what you're looking for. You need to be able to spot a good driving instructor straight away and we can give a few details and signs to look out for when on your lessons.

Firstly is your driving instructor fully qualified and DSA registered. If so then they should display a green or pink badge in the windscreen of their car. You can also check if your instructor is registered by entering your post code into the motoring section of the direct government website and their name should come up as been close to you and registered. However don't solely rely on this to check if your instructor is fully qualified as some haven't signed up to it and don't like putting their name public.

Your driving instructors in Leeds should point out problems you're having with your driving. Good driving instructors should always be trying to improve your driving that little bit more. However take this with a pinch of salt as you may not be doing anything wrong so they can't correct you or improve on anything! You don't want to learn in a messy car because you feel uncomfortable and it's harder to focus. You wouldn't walk in to a school and the place be a mess and same should apply for a learner car.

Don't go by the price to whether an instructor is good or not, in this case quality isn't measured by the price and you can get a good driving instructor at a variety of prices.

When prowling the market for your driving instructors make sure to look at both their car and the instructor to see what type of driving tuition you may be getting. When you find an instructor you like try to stick with them throughout the process and have frequent lessons with them.
