What should I do if I have finished my driving lessons, I have bought my own car but I am receiving fines or charges through the post which I am not responsible for?

It is possible that if you are receiving fines or charges for issues that you didn’t commit yourself, your registration mark has been cloned and is been used by another road user. To clone a car is to copy the identity of a similar vehicle, that is not stolen, but already on the road.
